Ramblings about entertainment, lifestyle and travel
Halloween is just around the corner and so are the surprises. Lucky for any Halloween enthusiasts, O2 has a special, spooky surprise in store, as the phone giant announces the launch of its haunted house, POSSESSED. Situated in Jack the Ripper’s old stomping ground, the house isn’t just going to be scary, but it’s going to be scary in a digital, smart tech way, which we all know can be even worse than your more traditional haunted house.
Visitors will be subjected to scares entirely created and controlled by everyday smart tech. They will be led through five individual rooms, each powered by a range of connected technology, controlled by phones and tablets to create a fun, frightening and unforgettable experience.
The house will open its doors on Wednesday 29th October in Princelet Street, Shoreditch between 3pm – 10pm. To get hold of the free tickets, sure to be in high demand, O2 customers can register through O2 Priority now. Non O2 customers will also be offered the opportunity to win tickets by sharing a screaming selfie or video, on Twitter using hashtag #O2POSSESSED.
And it gets better and possibly even more fun. Those who want to tune in to witness the proceedings will be able to watch the experience live via O2’s YouTube channel and even win prizes if they can manage to take a snap of Princelet Street’s resident ghost.
POSSESSED will be open to the public on Wednesday 29th October.
