Star Wars:The Force Awakens Comic-Con Reel

The team behind Star Wars really has this teasing thing down. Still six months to go until the highly anticipated franchise makes a return to the big screen (18th December) and already have we seen numerous teaser clips, a couple of trailers and now we even get a behind-the-scenes look thanks to its Comic-Con reel.

In addition to the reel, fans at San Diego Comic-Con’s Hall H were treated to the appearance of director J.J. Abrams, producer and Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy and writer Lawrence Kasdan. The filmmakers were also joined on stage by cast members Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson, Gwendoline Christie, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford to the surprise and delight of fans.

Although you only see things you know about already, it does have the anticipation factor down to a t. With explosions, our favourite characters and some fierce battle scenes, I really can’t believe we still have to wait another six months…
